Our SPA rituals are top secret, having their roots deep in the medieval times, somewhere on the pages of an old book – as the legend has it – written by St. Catherine herself.

The book includes descriptions of the ingredients used to bring relaxation and youth. These recipes are a true essence of the Warmia forests, meadows and gardens – like for example the precious resin, cones, herbs and flower petals – that’s only a small part of what this region has to offer.

Very good location

Very nice hotel, located in a castle, good meals, everything great, nice pool and saunas. In the hotel they have contact with a man for kayaking on the Łyna river, he did not make any problems even for two people, we reached the pier by kayak at the hotel on the way back :) I RECOMMEND!!!!

At a high level

The location of the hotel is great, we felt that we were living in a castle. We liked the hotel's decor, the atmospheric castle interiors. The rooms were very nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable. The underground swimming pool, saunas - we used them with pleasure. And the food was simply delicious. We would gladly go back there again.

Brilliant

This place won my heart. I spent a wonderful holiday week in Lidzbark with my family. I didn't think that a big castle could be so cozy and... so friendly to children. History & Spa is a very successful, brilliant combination in this case. I will come back there!

Best hotel

Fantastic place. My friend and I spent a wonderful weekend. Beautifully arranged interiors, delicious cuisine, relaxing Spa and wellness area. There are also many attractions (we didn't use half of them due to lack of time). On top of that, wonderful service - tactful and above all extremely polite and helpful. I recommend and I will gladly come back. Top hotel in Poland!
